Copyright and DMCA Policy

Palytt respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Palytt infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@palytt.com.

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content and enough information for us to locate it.
• Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, contact legal@palytt.com with your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction required by the DMCA.

We may terminate or restrict accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly submit infringing content. Copyright reports may also be submitted through in-app reporting where available.
