Delete Your Account

The fastest way to delete your Palytt account is in the app: open Profile, go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. You may need to sign in again before deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@palytt.com from the email address associated with your Palytt account. Include your username if you know it. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify your profile, posts, comments, likes, saved lists, messages where required by law, uploaded media, device tokens, contacts-sync hashes, and other account-linked data from active systems.

We may retain limited records when necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, copyright, safety, or backup purposes. Retained records are limited to the purpose for which they are kept and are deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.
